ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND ADMISSION PROCESS :

The eligibility criteria of the Seth GS Medical College goes on the basis of the candidates merit - based entrance exam respectively. To pursue education in this college the candidates must get qualified in the UG, PG and SS level entrance exam. Eligibility criteria :

MBBS

• The candidates delving into this program must have passed class 10+2 level education.

• The candidates age limit must be 17 or must have crossed the age before 31st December.

• The candidates of general category must score 50% and reserved category : SC/ST/OBC shall have scored 40% in the Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) with English language.

MD/MS

• Secured MBBS Degree: Candidates should hold an MBBS Degree with minimum 50% aggregate and should be identified by NMC.

• Internship : Must have completed one - year rotary residential internship.

DM/MCh

• The aspirants joining this program must have secured an MD/MS degree in a specific field and must have been identified by the medical university.

• The candidates must have registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI), or State Medical Council (SCM).

• Before enrolling to this stream the candidates must have work experience,must have worked in an identified medical institution.

MCh

• To get admitted into this field candidates must have qualified in the MS program in a specific field and must have been recognised by the National Medical Commission.

ADMISSION PROCESS

MBBS

• The MBBS program admission requires candidates to appear for NEET UG exam and pass it.

• Following the NEET UG exam, they must also register for MCC (All India Quota seats)/Maharashtra State CET Cell (State quota seats) counselling.

• At the time of choice filling, they must fill the preferred college name i.e. IGGMC Nagpur.

• The NEET rank along with the reservation rules and the availability of seats determines which candidates will be allotted a seat at IGGMC.

• Once they are allotted a seat, they must report to college to verify their documents, pay the required fee, after which their admission will be confirmed.

2) MD/MS
