Eligibility and Admission Process:

All Undergraduate and Postgraduate admitted by the AIMSRC Bangalore will be guided, and the students will be eligible based on their marks in the respective entrance exam.The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) conducts merit-based seat allotment for MBBS and MD/MS program. Admission process in AIMSRC Bangalore will be done based on the eligibility and selection criteria of candidates, the details is discussed below:

Eligibility Criteria 

MBBS

• The candidate should have passed the 10+2 intermediate exam with an English language and should have scored at least 50% in the subjects like: Physics,Chemistry, and Biology(PCB).

• The candidates belonging to the reserved category SC/ST/OBC should have scored 40%

• The candidate must be 17 years old on or turn 17 years before the 31st December of the year for admission.

MD/MS

• The candidates must uphold an MBBS Degree certificate from a university recognised by National Medical Commission (NMC).

• The candidate should have completed the one-year of compulsory internship or before the prescribed admission date.

Admission Process:

To get admitted in the Akash Group of Institution, the candidates need to follow the below mentioned admission process:

MBBS

• The candidate needs to appear for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test- Undergraduate (NEET-UG) conducted by NTA.

• The candidate needs to gain a valid NEET-UG merits/rank.

• Visit the official website of Karnataka Examination Authority(KEA).

• Do the online registration with the documents like: personal info, NEET details, academic information. 

• Pay the registration fees as per the KEA norms.

• Upload the documents of (NEET scoreboard, marksheet of 12th, and ID Proof and so on).

MD/MS

• The candidate must attend the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test-Postgraduates(NEET-PG), conducted by the National Board of Examination (NBE).

• The candidate needs to have a valid merit in NEET-PG.

• The candidates should have completed the MBBS program from an institute recognised by National Medical Commission(NMC).

• The aspirant must have completed the one-year compulsory internship before the cut-off date.

• Must have registered with the medical council/NMC or State Medical Council.

• Visit the official website for online registration on the KEA PG counselling process.

• Upload the scoreboard of  NEET-PG and other necessary documents.

• complete  the document verification from Karnataka Examination Authority.

• Fill the formalities of colleges and PG specialization (eg. MD General Medicine, MS Surgery ) and keep AIMSRC Bangalore as your first preference.
