The Sapthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre (SIMSRC) is a premier private medical college on Hesaraghatta Main Road, Bangalore, Karnataka. It was founded by the Sri Srinivasa Educational & Charitable Trust in 2011. Its main objective of establishment is to provide the best quality medical education and comprehensive healthcare services. The Sapthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC), SIMSRC imparts a structured curriculum of MBBS which spans for 4.5 years along with a compulsory internship of one year, ensuring that the theoretical knowledge of the students is sound followed by a practical clinical experience in pre-clinical, para-clinical and clinical disciplines as per regulatory standards.
