MS Ramaiah Dental College and Hospital

MS Ramaiah Dental College and Hospital, Bangalore was established in 1991. It is a part of the M.S.Ramaiah Group of Institutions. The founder of the college is MS Ramaiah and it is managed by the Gokula Education Foundation. The college campus spreads over 80 acres of land. The MSRDC is accredited to UGC and approved by the Dental Council of India. 

MSRDC was established as the centre of excellence in the field of medical education by giving coaching to the students to be professional standards in the field of Medicine, with the responsibility of social, moral values and high standards. The college is culturally diverse, the total enrollment in 2022 was 410 students. More than the male students, 74% of the females show interest in the field of dental science. 

The institution provides UG and PG Programs with the students ratio of 73% for UG and 27% for the PG programs. The courses that are taught by the M.S.Ramaiah are affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and it is one of the best bds colleges in bangalore. Every year the college undertakes 60 students for the UG Program, whereas for the PG 40 seats are undertaken. 

The college is connected with a dental hospital with 250 dental chairs, Laboratories and even alternative facilities to serve the clinical services. The students are trained in the attached hospital in urban and rural areas around Bangalore. The college strictly obeys the guidelines of the Dental Council of India. The college features are : spacious classrooms, denture workshops, a well equipped library, clinical dental departments and state-of-the art laboratories. 

The MSRDC stands in the 13th position as the best dental college in India. The accreditation of the college is NAAC and the grades of the college is A+ . The college also has cultural events where the students can participate in the cultural events during the festival season.
