The Government Medical College & Hospital, Nagpur, since its inception in 1947, happens to be perhaps one of the oldest and most renowned public medical institutions in Central India, devoted fundamentally to imparting skills to produce competent medical professionals and provide extensive healthcare facilities for the community.
